Hello all supporters,<\/b>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thanks for your patience and your support. It is almost the end of the year. Though it is a holiday time, our team is still working tirelessly to bring\u00a0VioletTM <\/sup>to you. Here are a couple of things we have been working on for the past few months.<\/span><\/p>\n

(1) RF testing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To make sure\u00a0VioletTM\u00a0<\/sup>is FCC compliant, we are working with a manufacturer and an RF design house to test our RF signal in an acoustic chamber. There were\u00a0several issues found that were related to the metal casing and the antenna efficiency. With the help of our designing house and our manufacturer application engineers, we will\u00a0be able to solve these problems to\u00a0make sure our product\u00a0is ready for mass production.<\/p>\n

(2) Product Samples<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

To make sure that VioletTM<\/sup>\u00a0is manufactured with good quality control, consistent look and feel, and reliability,\u00a0<\/span>we began\u00a0building our product samples at\u00a0our contracted manufacturer’s facility in China. By going through this process, it allows us to test the assembly line procedure, the firmware program and the electrical testing protocol. We have learned so much from this process. However, there are several issues that we are still working on such as the device clip reliability, some minor assembly hiccups\u00a0and, of course, waterproof testing.<\/span><\/p>\n

(3) Colors, Colors and more Colors!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We got a lot of feedbacks from our supporters about whether it is possible to make VioletTM <\/sup>in different colors. The answer is yes. Here are some of the colors that we tested\u00a0with our product samples. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Depending on the feedbacks, we might not have all colors available for the first launch but we try as hard as we can\u00a0to satisfy our early supporters.<\/p>\n
